Technically your technique is flawed.
Mehram is a person with whom you can not marry. spouse is the person to whom you are already married. Thus you can not re-marry the same person whilst you are still married to him, hence he is a mehrem.
You can turn milk into yogurt, but there is no concept of making re-yogurt whilst it is already a processed yogurt
