Umrah Guide

Re: Umrah Guide

MY humble advice about Ziyarat. Dont sweat too much about them. I would rather do another Umrah or if in Madina, try to offer another nafl in Riyadul Jannah than to worry about Ziyarat,

Re: Umrah Guide

yup ... so true

i guess these days lik she is going in feb there wont b much rush ... so she can perform each n everything easily ... n in Umrah u get much chance to visit all the ziaraat placess if u want to as lik in hajj u cnt visit much places bcoz of rush n crowd ... she wont hav ths issue .

Re: Umrah Guide

Ziarat is visiting the important places there like maybe the graves and other significant places like that? rite?

I just read that men r encouraged to do the Umrah 3 times but it doesnt say what is prefered for the women?

Re: Umrah Guide

In Madina, Jannat ul Baqi is on left side of Masjid-e-Nabawi, although ladies are probably not allowed to go there. Other than that, every morning after Fajr, you will find minivans parked in front of Gate number 5 and 6 and conductors shouting 'ziarat. ziarat'. Find a buys of your comfort and check the fair. They will probably take you to Masjid Quba, Qiblatain, Battle field of Uhad and couple of other spots

In Makkah, I did not go for any.

Re: Umrah Guide

And also, do carry a tasbeeh in your hand or anything to count during tawaaf and safaa’. It was always hard for me to remember the count and I would usually forget. Do try to make as much tawaaf as possible too. Because you can make tawaaf even if you are not performing Umrah. Offer nawafil in Hateem too, as much as you get a chance too. If any of your loved ones are dead, keep them in your prayers. Make lots and lots of duas while making tawaaf. thats the BEST TIME to make dua in my opinion. Well I LOVED making duas during tawaaf. It literally makes you feel how needy you are actually when you reach Allah’s door there.

One more thing, you will find two interesting things at the back of Masjid AL Haraam. One is the place where the Holy Prophet Mohammad Sal Allah O aleh Wassalam was born, they have turned it into library. The other is Abu Jahal’s home. They have turned it into public toilets. They will be right opposite to each other. So there are o many such places, spots, to add to your knowledge. I repeat, do spare some time for ziyaraat. So that you may not be regretting like me later on :vivo:

ZAREEEN SWEEETY I SO ENVY YOU. Masha Allah ma sha Allah.

D](http://www.islamiclandmarks.com/saudi/madinah/other/masjid_fatah.html)o purchase book , History of Madina Munawara By Dr ilyas abdul ghani from any good store in madina, an authentic book on madina.

Plus do remember that there is no such thing as ashab e suffa ka chabootra. , place which common people believe as place of ashab e suffa is basicaly a place of guards build by Hazrat Umer bin abdul aziz. (Just thought it may be beneficial for you) . Actual place of ashab e suffa is the saff adjacent to Mehrab e Tahajjud. (Let see if i can dig a picture ).

Shoab abi talib is near Prophet Sallah o Alihay wassalm birth place. This is the hollow part of mountain near the birth place

Plus

The purpose of ziarat is not just to see those places but to increase eeman , so when you go to uhud this should increase your urge for jihad, when you go to Masjid e Jin this should increase your jazba of dawat and so on.

And please remember us all specially this humble servant of ALLAH in your dua as i am trying level best to make hijra to madina

Re: Umrah Guide

Thanks alot!
