There have been around 9 umpire’s calls so far in this SA vs PAK series, and in my observation all 9 of them have gone against Pakistan in both innings, coincidence ?
Re: Umpire's call in PAK vs SA series, did anyone noticed ?
And another one:
Imran Tahir to Adnan Akmal, OUT, he's been given lbw! Will Akmal review? He will. After facing several googlies Akmal decided to pad up to a ball that pitched on middle. A dangerous decision no matter what sort of delivery it is. It was the legbreak and it spun past the thrust-out front pad and clipped the back pad in front of off stump.** Replays indicate that it would have just clipped off stump and that's all the umpire needs for his decision to be upheld.**
Re: Umpire’s call in PAK vs SA series, did anyone noticed ?
**AD Mathews on 24 **Abdur Rehman to Mathews, no run, concerted appeal from Pakistan but umpire Kettleborough says no. Pakistan asks for the **review though. Pushed through on middle and leg as Mathews came forward to defend. Doesnt get bat on it and is struck just below the knee roll as he stretched well forward. HawkEye says it would only have clipped leg stump so it stays umpire’s call. That is Pakistan’s 13th failed review, out of 14 in this series
**
**AD Mathews on 34 **Abdur Rehman to Mathews, no run, this time he gives the ball a bit of air and Mathews misses it as he had come forward to defend. Struck rather low on the pad even if he had lunged forward to meet it. Loud shout for leg before and it looked rather adjacent, but umpire Kettleborough is not convinced. Pakistan go for the **review though. There is no inside edge, so that’s good for Pakistan. HawkEye says the ball would clip less than half of leg stump and the on-field call stands. Close enough to be sent upstairs but as it stands, Pakistan have lost all their reviews
**Junaid Khan to Herath, OUT, finally a leg before for Pakistan and Junaid has two in two! Went around the wicket and the reverse swing tailing into him is enough to beat his defensive push from the crease. Was a little late on the shot as well. Herath goes for a review, but this time umpire’s call benefits Pakistan
Asad Shafiq132.3 kph, struck on the pads as this was ducking in after pitching. On the knee-roll as he was looking to flick across the line. Touch late on it too. He was standing outside the crease and there is no bat involved and HawkEye says the ball would have just clipped leg stump so he has to go. Better review,** just bad luck for Pakistan**

Is the technical staff Pak-hater or what?
