Exactly my thoughts … harper is half blind yet on Asoka was removed … and to be honest Harper has History of poor decisions … the DRS only highlighted it but yet ICC isn’t giving it a thought … just watch a few matches invloving Harper and Asian teams (especially Pakistan) and u’ll notice what a big blunder this guy is
