4.what documents in airport should we req as for ummrah i seen in web they req 4 passport pics wit scarf
5.what things should we take with us ?becoz some says we can take bath with shampoo or soaps which has fragance
6.when we will make niyat and wear abaya ?
Take any good reputed travel group for umrah ( for example alkhair group http://al-khair.org/ )and they will take care of everything.
I recommend going with a tour operator.
I is during ihram times that certain restriction apply, you can buy soaps and shampoos from there no ned to take them from pakistan.
Airline will tell you when to make niyyat, it is approx after 1 hr 30 min flight from karachi, you can make niyat before that. Abaya should be included in routine dress of code of muslims women and pardah is not for umrah only.

1. how many should we take with us? wsalam sis,im not able to understand ur question clearly weather ur talking abt the number of ppl who will perform Ummrah?
2.should we by package ? you can only come through operaters as saudi embassy is only taking requests through operators ..
3.how many rooms should we book? the tour operators will manage all for you, transport from Makkah to Medina,hotels/rooms are added in those packages, food also, depends on the package you choose..
4.what documents in airport should we req as for ummrah i seen in web they req 4 passport pics wit scarf? tour operaters will manage all ur documents they need they will guide you,at airport you need a passport,visa,ticket..
5.what things should we take with us ?becoz some says we can take bath with shampoo or soaps which has fragance you can take clothes, personal stuff with you if you don wish to buy their in riyals..
6.when we will make niyat and wear abaya ? For ummrah you have to take gusal and wear normal clothes, wear abaya asusal from karachi airport, during flight they will announce when they are flying over mekat and then u should make niyat for ummrah at that time and you can wear abaya but only leave ur face uncovered...
**do remember me in ur prayers....May Allah accept ur deeds....Ameen**
I wanted to ask this question to you.....as we had discussion that one can not use shampoo and soap during ehram...so i wanted to confirm it...:)
I dont know which school of thought you follow but i basically follow same guidelines
I did not say that you cannot use toothpaste or soap. I am saying that you cant use one with fragrance. But take non-fragrance toothpaste/Shampoo with you from your own country. You would like to believe that fragrance-less personal care products would be commonly available in Makkah, but that is not true.
Halate ahram stays til u make tawaf and saee after that u cut the hairs and then u r free to use any halal fragrance ..
People sitting in haram exchange Itrs during prays..As a goodwill gesture as Muslims!

That is true. Umrah can be done in 4-5 hours so really, one can do without toothpaste or soap etc. Only time when you need to carry is Ihraam during hajj as it last 4-5 days, or if you leave your country in halat-e-ihraaam then it could be 24 hours or so before you could take it off.
1- Call Saudi Embassy and obtain the contact list of approved Umrah/Hajj Guiders (once you paid the relevent fee of any package that will include the expensive of air-ticketing, accomodation and transportation).
2- Keep in mind that meal for one per person will cost you 120 Pak Rs for one time i.e breakfast, lunch or dinner. You are eight persons, do the math and take that much money with you.
3- If you would like to save money than 2 room is enough for 8 members. Once you are in Makkah you’ll only go to room when you want to sleep otherwise all all the time will be spent in Haram and Ziyarat.
4- Once Umrah visa approved. Keep two photocopies of each passport with you alongwith contact number of any family relative in Pakistan (in case of emergency) and contact details of Umrah Guider. Photograph is not required at any stage however if you want to keep you may keept with you. Most important Don’t handover your passport to any unauthorized person for whatsoever reason.
5- In a hotel you’ll get the soap + shampoo too. All you needs to take with you tooth-brush, towel, Ihram, dress which you’ll wear after performing Umrah.
6- Depends, if the airlines landing in Makkah than before the territory of Haram, you guider will advise you to wear Ihram and do ‘Talbiya’.
Few tips: choose a place on which you can meet wid ur family members when u get missed in crowd inside Haram n outside also… If ur there for more time and want to perform another umrah then u have to go to Masjid e Ayesha, there they hv separate facility for men n women for bathing,u hv to take bath there and then come inside the Masjid and do niyat for Ummrah,u can find the govt transport by the name of SAPTCO private also,to reach there, after you’re finished at Masjid e Ayesha the bus will take u back to the Haram… u can also go to different ziyaras for visit … If u have elderly family members with you then u can take a wheel chair for them from Haram, they will charge for it. In Medina men n women have separate areas not like Makkah,u hv to know the time of Ziyarate Roza e Rasool:saw2:last time I visited they had from Zohar till asar then in isha till fajar… Jannnatul Baki is opened for women in asar time only..I advise you not to take kids or elderly with u there is too much rush over there.. As the weather here is too hot, Try to wear cotton clothes, if u have kids with you then keep them hydrated, and always keep some food stuff with you for children once ur inside Haram..there are stores like Bin Dawood outside Haram in Makkah,u can find anything you want from there…
