Discuss this with your husband.
It is extremely DUMB of your friend's husband to do this. Just because your friend is ok with her husband adding you is not a good justification for you to accept his friendship invitation, tomorrow she will be ok with something else that her dusband does to you so that would justify his STUPIDITY?.
I guarantee you, your husband will not be ok with this even if he says he is ok with it. Even if your husband has no issues with it, you should still avoid it.
