So what do I do?
Direct dial:
- Dial the access number
- You will hear the service introduction and your current balance on account 3. You can then dial the
number you want - Enter the number you wish to dial, e.g. for France you would dial 0033 xxx xxxx - We will connect your call to your destination.
Speed dial:
1.Dial the access number
2.You will hear the service introduction and your current balance on account
3.You can then enter your speed dial number followed by the # key
4.The speed dial function will allow you to store a maximum of 99 numbers. So next time you dial you will not need to enter the complete number. • To do this just select a number for example ‘1’ followed # key. If this
number is not already stored with a speed dial you will hear the following message:
“This speed dial key has not been programmed, would you like to do that
now? Press 1 for Yes or 2 for No”
•If you select Yes then enter the number you wish to store including country code e.g. for France you would dial 0033 xxx xxxx followed by the # key
• The number you entered will be repeated to you and again you will be asked if you want to save this, if you do - press 1. The service will advise you of the following;
“This speed dial key is now programmed. Next time you want to call this number, just enter 1 followed by the # key”
You will then be taken back to the main menu
