that dude is a BOMB .. he always cracks me up with his jokes directly aimed on our society. he was suffering of heart arrest .. nice to hear he is recovering .. Allah un ko sehet de .. AMEEN !

this is a may'06 post so i may share.. yea i heard he was sick around that time but now he's okay.. the king of chechora (no offense, just stating facts) comedy always keeps a smile on the pakistanis' face and we hope that he releases more plays like Bakra Qiston Pay (1) and Chaudhary Plaza (my fav umer sharif play to date)..
By the way now he runs a talk show on GEO ("Hello Umar Sharif") and he actually seriously advises people on society-related issues.. Today a pathan who had two wives called him and told him that one of his wife lived in karachi the other one in peshawar and both of them were arguing over where the goat for qurbani should be slaughtered. Umar actually told him that he should slaughter the goat somewhere in between the two cities!:D Whoa..
