I know the ban is due to wearing the wrong clothes during a domestic game but this was his third infraction. He had already been warned twice

Rules are Rules otherwise there will be no discipline in the team

How hard is it to wear the right clothing? Just put it on and do your job. The guy is truly dumb

^ probably he has issue of ego.. Bohot akar hey iss main. I remember in australia tour he threatened not to play a match ( after he played excellent innings in a match ) if K Akmal is dropped by showing him self injured. Team management warned him that he will be sent back straight away and he corrected ..

Maybe the logo he was sporting was based on an Ad contract with some company. I recall the US Basketball team players - some of them wore Adidas while Nike was official sponsor (I may have comanies mixed up).

So it could be about money. The article should at least provide details along these lines.

Re rules being rules, so much fuss over a logo in domestic cricket.

this dude is not even talented, any good batsman can take his place.
this so-called "talent" of his is nothing great, just over-hyped by few oldies who said this when he first came. Pretty sure now they chew their own words.

Ban reversed after pressure from Afridi. After all his amazing hitting during that super over against England should means he should be automatic choice for the next ten years.

lol, i don't see these batsmen being very successful against NZ in their conditions.

look at ahmed shahzad, already praising NZ as if he is already justifying his future failures in batting in NZ
