Everyone could be a winner - pay bloodmoney (say $10 million say Pak Rupees 852 million) to each of the Robbers family and the innocent one killed in the accident.
The robbers family (and innocent person's) will be financially covered for several life times.
Davis will be released, USA is happy.
The mullas will be happy, as the Islamist justice system was used- to sort this out.
Zardari will be happy - he'll probably get 10% + a bonus.
Pakistan will have found a 'face saving' way out.
It's a win win situation for all.

Well at the moment they got another national ghairat issue to protest on. They have always done a protest politics. their namoos-e-risalat protests didnt go as well as expected. this incident will be played by them in the elections this year.

Well in every incident there is a party who benefits and another who loses. i was talking about winning and losing in loose manner. may be i should have used word "gainer" instead of 'winner' in the title.

firstly the guys shot dead by the american spy are not proved to be robbers
secondly blood money is only paid when its agreed by the victims family
thirdly if blood money is not accepted, islamic system demands "life for life" not a blanket immunity

It is other way around, the day this happens, terrorism will gradually wipe out of Pakistan... as Pakistanies have reasons to believe that these suicide attacks, TTP and other terrorist activities are somehow, someway connected with American presence in the region... Raymond is an example, guy caught in suspicious act, while in connection with the terrorists and with the maps of strategic, sensitive locations.. who knows what he was up to...
rest assured, Pakistan have not benefited with these so-called relationship, it would be better for our health to get out of these asap... the only things who got benefit from these ties are, mainly US consultants/contractors and some bureaucrats, general and politicians in Pakistan... whereas, people of Paksitan and Pakistan as whole has been sore looser whenever we have so-called good relations with US
