I guess because of the Ashura-oriented violence that sometimes breaks out in Pakistan, they’re doing some preventative control by not letting certain ulema in certain areas in Pakistan?

Is my understanding correct, here?

If so, its pretty evident who is the source of religious unrest in the country. I think this policy needs to be implemented 24 hours in NWFP and Balochistan. Just get rid of the mullahs, problem solved.

It is great move by govt, we need to do whatever it takes to prevent any violence in the country and protect current/future foreign investment.
