^^^ Damn! That is scary. I looked up information about the video and it seems that it is a Ukranian tank. The video is 2 weeks old when Russian ground forces were far away from Kiev, where this video is from. To me, it looks like there was a checkpoint which may have confused the car's driver.

The video is authentic indeed, but the story is doubtful. The incident happened on 25Feb2022 in Kyiv, and the tank is likely a Ukrainian Strela-10 SAM. Several websites are claiming it to be Russian, but CNN and BBC are silent which makes the story even more doubtful.
