Sky Sports is doing a World Cup countdown every day this week. I’m pretty sure they are looking at Pakistan either today or tomorrow. They did India and New Zealand yesterday and they had Farukh Engineer and Geoff Howarth representing. I’ll report back on our guy once I’ve seen it. The programme is usually shown at 6:30 pm.
p.s. Farukh was crap as usual.

it’s ok, we’re on tomorrow so you haven’t missed the good stuff. btw, Darren Gough was the guest today and he said that although Australia and South Africa are the favourites he still fancies Pakistan as an outside bet because we tend to hit form when the World Cup comes round

The guest was Mushtaq Ahmed. Nothing mentioned that we didn't already know. Gower picked out Saeed, Inzimam and Yoyo as the key batsmen, while Holding was warning no one to underestimate our bowling. The usual stuff about it depending on which Pakistan turned up, i.e, brilliant or crap.

Is the Sky Sports broadcasting World Cup tournament in North America?
PT, Sky Sports is set up for the UK. There's probably some other network broadcasting in America assuming it's being broadcast there.
fox sports may show some matches, i dunno. they show footie matches from sky as well as sky news. so maybe cricket too.
otherwise dish will be the way to go..
