They can and should get charged for inciting hatred. In Canada, people have been charged based on some extremely tame comments that they made on Facebook, so there is a precedence as far as the site itself is concerned.

Sikhs these days are among the biggest mafia/drug smugglers in Canada these days. Especially Vancouver area, where they have have won the turf wars with the hells angels and chinese gangs.
These days they are busy doing drive by shootings on each other. Over 100 sikhs guys killed by each other in the last 10 years in Vancouver area.

All of you bashing another group are exactly like those Sikhs accusing Pakistani muslims of raping sikh/hindu/christian girls. There will always be a group of people making propaganda after a life-changing event, like 9/11. This doesn't mean you have to believe it or start another one in retaliation.
