does any one have any info on uk spouse visa…the 5 yr route…i know you get your visa for 2 and a half yr first and then u apply for another 2 and a half yr..making it 5 yr after which u apply for idefinite leave to remain…Do u know which form do u use to apply for your second 2 and a half yr plus when is the earliest u can apply..And how many days are you allowed to spend outside uk??

Also can you use premium service to have ur decision on the same day when you apply for another 2 and a half yr to stayin uk??

I dont think it is as long as u fullfil all the requirements.
