UK Sapna Wedding Caterers

I have heard Sapna wedding caterers in the UK are very good.

Has anyone here had any experience with them or been to a wedding who have used Sapna?

Any ideas of price ranges etc?

I have been to a lot of weddings where the food has been catered by Sapna. Their food is probably the best wedding food I've had and I've been to weddings where caterers such as Greenleaf, Occasions, PC foods, Chaudhry's TKC etc etc have provided the food and it has never matched the standard that Sapna provides!

Not sure of prices but I do know they are reasonable and provide a good choice of menus also.

I think two years back their prices were £15 upwards for 3 courses.

my khala is getting married next month and Sapna are the caterers. i've seen the menu they have chosen and it looks quite impressive especially the canapes. i'm not totally sure about the price but my khala did say that they gave a higher quote than most of the other caterers she contacted but she was most impressed by them

sapna start from £26 per head for 3 courses.

So there prices have gone up, but the cost per head surely depends on the amount of guests and the venue chosen.

Does anyone have any particular examples of certain venues, guests and price?

^I doubt they could have gone up that much. In the threads from about a year ago, someone quoted a £17.50 price. It probably depends on your dishes, negotiating power and a bunch of other things.

The best way is to contact them and discuss your requirements.

My brother got a quote from them, I'll have to ask how much it was exactly, do remember it was a little higher than everyone else but then again they have a v.good reputation..

Curry Special gave me a quote between £7-10 K for 200 people with venues ranging from Hilton London - Sheraton in Park Lane with a 3 course meal with tea/mints after. The guy was friendly his name was Sachin Mutt and talked to me for 2 hours!

It is definitely all about negotiating with them. But some people have said Curry Special are not good so confused :-~
