How much of a salary would be considered ok for a single person with no children and who is new here?
Anybody can point out any benefits of working in the UK currently. It’s not what it used to be but is there still opportunity for young professionals?
I have a job offer in the NHS for around 40k but with the taxes and all it isn’t so attractive.
I’m convinced to make the move, not for the salary on offer but for the other non-tangible reasons like lifestyle and freedom.
I’d be living in the SW of England.
