Hi,

I need your advise. I am a UK resident and my fiancé is on tier 1 visa. We are getting married in Pakistan and coming back.

What steps do we need to take for UK registration and civil marriage and what documents we may need.

Please respond ASAP, I haven’t given much thought on this. So panicking!

I don't understand? Do I need to hire a lawyer? I am just asking what steps we need for UK registration. My fiancé lives n works here with tiar1 visa. What documents we may need?

If you are getting married in Pakistan then your Nikkah documents will count as official. Yon don't need to have a registration here. Just do what is required to get him a spouse visa.
