I use the ready made rice-things for rolls, but I like my samosa to be of "real dough" .. Just have to invest some time in it. The "wheel" would have been helpful, why I will keep on my search

Most ppl I know use small wonton wrappers, spring roller wrappers or puff pastry sheets to make samosas. my mom used to make her own dough for samosas ages ago then she discovered modern convenience.
Those sheets are amazing for spring rolls and we make mini samosay with them.
There's just something about samosay made the old fashioned way. I love the forked crust part the best and always eat it first. When I was younger I would even eat the samosay, just the crust.
