Do somebody know this company and is it good to do bussiness with them?

i am here in Holland and i also want to buy a plot there in uk. And they are asking me to send money through internet. First 10% and then after 14 days 90 %.

Is the company good? maybe it is fraude so i thought to aske here first if somebody know and then contact them.

Thanks

Re: uk land investments

I don't know much about the company. However I would not recommend buying land through such companies. The purchases are highly speculative. These sites are of no use unless you can get planning permission to build something on them. Planning permission is highly doubtful.

The 10% they are asking you for seems to be the initial amount for the purchase. If you pay that money you may be in a contract with them and should you wish to pull out you may ending up losing that money.

If someone is interested in buying land I suggest that you speak to the local council beforehand and find out if planning permission exists or is likely to be given.

Also bear in mind that with planning permission the sites would be far more valueable. It does not cost a lot to get planning permission. So why would someone sell a land without planning permission when they can sell it with planning permission for vastly more. The reason usually is that they cannot get planning permission.

Re: uk land investments

i have heard they are fraud, and the owner is under watchdog.

Re: uk land investments

it's not worth buying a plot, UNLESS you are here and a developer yourself. if you have to, then try finding on auctions.

Simbah:

First of all it depends on how much money you have to invest.

Secondly as far properties or land is concerned I would much rather invest in an area that I am familiar with. You say that you are based in Holland, perhaps you should invest in your local area. You should know your area and can easily manage any problems. That is my philosophy, i.e to limit yourself to a certain limited area, that you know like the back of your hand.

Thirdly you can invest in a business, if you have some expertise in some field.

Fourthly if you do not have sufficient funds for any of the above then you could try the stock market in the short term until you build up your funds however you need to know what you are doing as you can burn your fingers here but also make a lot of money if you know what you are doing. If you do well you can stick to it lol.

Fifthly perhaps you can go into a partnership with someone. However sometimes they can be more headache than they are worth. So chose the partner carefully.

Thats all I can think of from the top of head.
