I just wanted to know which areas of UK have been affected and have the phone companies been having technical issues due to the life threatening floods?

PLEASE let me know as I was trying to get through to some of my friends and family in the UK and the numbers aren’t being recognized anymore?!! So I’m Very Worried as haven’t been able to get through or get into contact.
Any information would be greatly appreciated..

hmmm nothing I am aware of.. may be some of the cellular BST's are down in flood affected areas, hence causing this problem.
