if a person came to UK after marriage with a spouse visa
got ILR in 2007
gone to Pakistan in 2008 for studies
then came back to UK in 2010…
can the person apply for a citizenship on the basis that he/she was away for studying because normal procedure is that that u have to complete 3 year residential period before applying for citizenship
