USA since 1966 (total shootings: 87)
Europe since 1913 (total shootings: 17)

Let me see, 87 people shot in 40 years. That is what two a year? There are 360 million people in the USA. Does that sound like an epidemic to you? How many of these were kids on kids shootings? Dont forget we are talking about kids bullying other kids and you are suggesting that instead of bullying, kids shoot each other in the USA. How many of them were in some of the better schools and neighborhoods?
Quite separately, as far as your stats on Europe are concerned, how can there be 17 shootings since 1913? If we just figured the numbers of Jews, gypsies and Muslim kids killed between 1913-1955, it would probably far exceed that number, not to mention what happened to Muslim children in the former Chech republic.

was listening to something about guns vs. bullying by someone who grew up in the bronx. his observation was that as a kid his generation got bullied on the streets. a lot. and that did scar them mentally, but they learnt how to size opponents up, know when to pick a fight, and when to not do it.
enter guns, and the kids on the streets were soon just shooting each other up over petty arguments. still scarred emotionally. in a worse manner. now you had to fear even the little guys.
boob chasm, there is still time. guns are not the way. the south lost the civil war a long time ago. no colored fella is coming for yer women anymore. get rid of your gun culture. 
So, you give me the example of a North Eastern city (where guns are banned) and tell me to get rid of my guns in the south? That is queer logic.
