Re: uh questionnn
Agree with Dr. Sufi's post on the first page regarding the subject. It is a case of rationale thinking provided with the pointers in history. Most of our so-called *Islamic scholars *are deprived of this common sense and inferencing. Hence so many "Naymats" are made haram by them
All the don'ts are clearly mentioned in Quran. They are termed as Haram. Nothing else is haram. I have posted this elsewhere and repeating it again. People kindly do not use the word haram for things/actions which are not. Use forbidden or else. One has to be politically correct in using words so the intended meaning can be communicated.
What is Haram can only be sanctioned by Allah. Don't un-intentionaly add to that list (Unfortunately this word was liberally used by our so-called clergy to take away good things/conveniences bestowed by Allah on us).
E.g.:
Q: Is loudspeaker allowed for Azan / Sermon/ recitation of Holy Quran?
Ans: It is haram to use loudspeaker for any islamic purpose.
.... You know what I am refering to. .... May Allah help them do Ghoor and Fikr with mental enlightment.

Re: uh questionnn
Music is haram.
Re: uh questionnn
Well Prove it
Re: uh questionnn
yes please prove music is haram
Re: uh questionnn
Music has been condemned strongly in the Qur’aan and Hadith. In Surah Luqmaan, Allah Ta’ala states, ‘And from mankind are those that purchase futile speech in order to mislead others from the path of Allah.’
Under the commentary of this verse, ibn Abbaas [Radhiallaahu anhu] states, ‘futile speech’ refers to music and things related to it. (Durrul Manthoor vol.5 pg.307). In Surah Israaeel, Allah Ta’ala states, ‘And excite any of whom you can with your voice.’ Imaam Mujaahid mentions, ‘voice’ refers to music. (Roohul Ma’aani)
Nabi [Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam] mentions, ‘There will be people from my Ummah who will seek to make lawful fornication, wearing of silk, wine and the use of musical instruments.’ (Bukhaari vol.2 pg.837). Rasulullah [Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam] states, ‘A group of my Ummah will drink wine calling it by other than its real name. merry will be made for them through the playing of musical instruments and by the singing of females. Allah will cleave the earth under them and turn them into apes and swines.’ (Abu Dawud vol.2 pg.519)
[size=2]Hadhrat Abi-Umaamah (Radhiallaahu Anhu) said that Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, ‘Verily, Allah has sent me as a mercy for the worlds and as a means of guidance for the worlds, and He has commanded me to destroy musical instruments (flute, etc.) and idols…’ (Mishkaatpg.318)
Rasulullah [Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam] further mentions, ‘Music grows hypocrisy in the heart just as water causes crops to grow.’ (Bayhaqi vol.10 pg.222). Thus, even conceding that there is benefit in such songs, the fact that music is clearly and expressly condemned in the Qur’aan and Hadith would make such songs Haraam.

Re: uh questionnn
Hadhrat Ibn Mas’ood (Radhiallaahu Ánhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) declared every wine, gambling, beating of drums and every intoxicant as Haraam. (Abu Dawud)
Hadhrat Ali (Radhiallaahu Ánhu) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) prohibited the beating of drums. (Kanzul Ummaal)
The Kubah (drum) is Haraam. (Bayhaqi; Musnad Bazzar)
Almighty Allah Taãla says in the Noble Qurãn: ‘And there are some people who purchase idle talk… for them is a severe punishment’. Ibn Masóod (Radhiyallaahu Ánhu) says that this verse was revealed regarding singing.
Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said, ‘Allah ordered me to destroy musical instruments.’
Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) said, ‘People from my Ummat will drink wine and give it other names and singing girls and musical instruments will be played before them. Allah will cause the earth to swallow them, and disfigure their faces into apes and pigs.’
Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) mentioned, ‘When singing girls and musical instruments becomes common, wait for red winds, earthquakes, the earth swallowing people, disfiguring and many more punishments.’ (Mishkãt 470)
In the light of the above, it is not permissible to hear Islamic songs having the sound of beating drums in the background.

**The sincere Muslim who is following the Quran will not find in the Quran ANY PROHIBITION whatsoever OF MUSIC OR SINGING. God is very specific and His commands are very clear regarding any prohibition given in the Quran. God, the Most Merciful, NEVER prohibited music or singing in the Quran. Any prohibition of music or singing that is talked about among some Muslims has no basis in the Quran. These prohibitions are innovations made up by some of the scholars and their followers who do not shy from refusing to follow the clear commands in the Quran and instead follow man made laws and books **
Well I think All Wahi Taleem is save in quran.i hvnt read in quran yet do u hve some diff sort of Quran where did u read it.Allah nay wahi ke zariye Muhammad(pbuh)se Jo baatin karni thi woh Quran main safe hai.Aur aisa koi order humhe quran main nazar nahi ata.

You are just making your self look stupid. These are hadees and it says in the Quran that Prophet s.a.w doesnt speak from himself. What ever he says is from Allah. Any Allah fearing person, for him this is enough.
To you your beliefs, to me my beliefs.

Re: uh questionnn
When a man wishes to unfetter himself from the restrictions of the Shariah and the Sunnah in the present day, the solution for him is to become a so-called Ghair Muqalid. Once he joins these deviant sects, he is free to find expression for his nafsaani opinions. In order to draw unwary and ignorant Muslims into its fold of dhalaal and baatil, the modernists ghair Muqalids employ deception on a large scale.
A salient feature of these sects of baatil is their rejection of the Math-habs of the Salf-e-Saalihoon. Inspite of their rejection of the Mathaahib of Haqq espoused by the Salf-e-Saalihoon, these mudhilleen (deviates who lead others astray) seek to bamboozle the unwary and the ignorant by making ostentatious claims of their 'Love' and 'respect' for the Ulama and Fuqaha. The masses are ignorant. They lack the knowledge to distinguish between right and left; they do not possess the ability to verify and understand the statements of the Fuqaha which these deviates selectively quote to bolster their corruptive arguments.
