When my sister was shopping for her valima shoes, we all wanted her to buy a particular pair that was amaazzzing and went incredibly well with her valima dress but she wouldn’t buy it only because it had high heels and she was worried it would make her look taller than my brother-in-law (even though he is over 6 ft Mashallah and she is 5’7 I think) … and that made mom sooo angry she scolded my sis soooo much “Tumharay dimagh mein yeh cheap soch ayi bhi kaise” ??

so theway, if ur mom is somewhat like mine, DON’T mention this issue to her! lol

People people. If height is a main concern and "looking good" together is a main concern then there should be SO much less divorce lol!!! What a shallow evaluation for a relationship!

I am 3 inches taller and 3 years older than my hubby. We have a wonderful relationship and heck, I dont wear heels anymore but thats a blessing in disguise.

So much more to consider than tall/shortness etc.

All u should care about is if this guy is a nice guy who will inshAllah treat you right … and someone you are compatible with.

That is harder to find and something worth worrying over. Finding someone who is compatible with you height is super easy to find… but isn’t really that important when all things are considered.
