Look at the brighter side. Would you prefer that she be taller than you? I mean aren’t’ you glad that it is her who is less than five feet…and not you? If her height bothers you so much and will continue to be problem that will be tough for you to overlook, then let her go. But, if you can see that she has other many qualities that you find appealing and if you think she’s compatible, then consider her as a partner.

and i have an exactly opposite situation here. my hubby to be is barely 2 inches older than me. And he's not even that tall 5'5 1/2 something. but he's a great person ...superficial things like height shouldnt matter then :)
It depends if your both good looking. I mean if you both are (which i assume you are) Then get a pair of killer heels, Work them and be confident with who you are. It may look off however it may look odd/cute too. Just think he can lift you up whenever you get tired. :) Im 5'5 My bfs 6'1 and i go on my tippy toes to give him cuddles. Its sweet.
