Re: UAE-based Spinneys to open retail stores chain in Pakistan
hehe... Spinneys... wow... fond memories of getting candy from the store when Ammi Abbu used to take us for grocery shopping.
Where I lived, there was Manoj (later renamed to Shababna) which was better than Choitram any day... then there was Spinneys and Shop'N'Save which were good too.
Re: UAE-based Spinneys to open retail stores chain in Pakistan
man spinneys brings back so many good memories- definitely more upscale that choitram- choitram cannot be compared to spinneys. spinneys used to have a lot of american products and targeted Westerners in Dubai initially... That's why most of the stuff in Spinneys is Expensive ...so i dunno how well it will workout in pakistan
