Re: U.S to London
why do u want to go through an agency, get a ticket directly from BA or Virgin.
while I was in college I used to try STA and Council travel, they have good deals for students and for ppl under 27 I think.
Re: U.S to London
^thanks!
i wasn't sure which was better.. booking it online or calling someone up. =/ btw, what's STA?
Re: U.S to London
**my advice is to go directly to the US Airlines and search there…u get best fares…be flexible and try all different airlines
or
simply search at:
Cheap Flights, Airline Tickets, Hotels, Travel Deals - Search 1000’s of Travel Sites at KAYAK**

student travel agency like CUTS travels
Re: U.S to London
some more info, i think council was actually taken over by STA
Re: U.S to London
thank you so much. just called them up.
VA seems to have the best fare. i knew you would know about this!
Re: U.S to London
I need some good fares going in the opposite direction..
Sidestep.com will search multiple websites at the same time---the airlines, expedia, orbitz, etc., and compare the prices for you. When you decide which one to buy sidestep will link to that company/airline's website for you so you can place the order. Why bother searching airlines one by one on your own when this website does it for you?
Good luck!
Re: U.S to London
In the past my agent has found me really good rates on Indian Airlines. Go figure!

Re: U.S to London
With a US or Canaydia passport u never needed an advance visa. Just like with a UK passport u can get the visa at the entry port.
