U r never slim enough!

I am 24 year old mother of one, wife and working as a nurse. So frustrated these days before I had my daughter I weight 160 pounds now I am 190 I hate being this fat. I eat healthy, but because of my job and other responsiblities don’t have time to workout. I have been eating btw 1200-1400 from last 4 weeks. But a single pounds is shred also upset with ppl comments as if all I do is sit around trying to get fat
So all of ppl that lost 40 or more pound how did u do it?

Well losing weight is a constant battle. Its not something you can do once n then forget about it. After a certain age our body changes and hormones makes it harder and slows down the metabolism. Lower down the calorie intake and you have to invest time in exercise There are 30 minute workout videos that are helpful.

You are on the right track by eating healthy, now all you have to do is squeeze in a little workout. There are many 20-30min long videos available on youtube like the above poster said, give one a try. Good luck!

Re: U r never slim enough!

Cut on the sugar intake, this is the one thing that won't let you shed your weight. Avoid sugar in any form starch, fructose, cola, juices, coffee.
Try to do some moderate activity at least 30 mins a day. After 12/15 minutes you should start sweating and have trouble speaking without taking a deep breath. Keep this intensity for another 15 minutes. Simplest would be to buy a stationary exercise bike for home and use it whenever you have time. You can buy them cheap online.

Also avoid heavy dinner, eat as little as possible before going to bed.

Re: U r never slim enough!

Cut sugar intake (as ekumunng mentioned no juices, sodas, starch etc)
Skip carbs/bread/rice during lunch
Take dinner early (6/6:30)
If possible go for at least 30 min eve walk

and if you want to lose weight quick, add another 30-40 min activity in afternoon
