pakistan has no desire to allow groups to plan, train and facilitate attacks on any targets foreign or domestic from its soil. pakistan shouldnt allow this and pakistan, as far its able to, wont allow this
however considering the players involved and circumstances, i expect these issues to be forcefully brought to the fore to the detriment of the pakistani nation. that means we wont get the genuine help we need to curtail activity from pakistani areas
i know the situation and i know the circumstances, my loyalty is staying with pakistan.

its also worth pointing out that india HAS carried out terrorism inside pakistan by its state sponsored operatives.
