This incident is supposed to have actually happened in HCL Technologies expect the 'idiot' words. Somebody dialled Shiv Nader (founding director of the company) and asked him for a cup of coffee and as they say the rest is history..
once the phones lines of a friend of mine got connected/changed with phones of a school ( happens alot in pakistan)
Some mother of a kid called and asked for the principal. My friend was already tired of these calls, he put her on hold for about 20 minutes saying *Principal naha rahi hein *
sac, this cross call thingee is so funny that .. once I called my friend but mistakenly got connected a wrong number & I heard two friends talking & one woman saying "hello - hello" (I kept quiet). One of the friends said hello to woman ... she said "Kon bole raha hay" .. he replied ... "aap ka pati" ... she said "kia, konsa pati" ... he replied "dosra pati" ... so she hanged up.
The guys started laughing .... and I said "Hass hass teri jaan banay" .... he was shocked & said "kon bole rayya ay" ... I said " tera payo" ... he asked "kaira payo oye" ... I replied "dosra payo" & hanged up.
I still remember the whole thingee .. although it happened more than 20 years ago.
