Realistically speaking though many people these days consult with the bride before making the purchase. So if you don’t like something, make it known before it gets to the point of no return.

OP is married and had a child. Given that she wrote about not wearing the dress again in A…..I think she’s talking about in-laws giving her outfits to wear at OTHER people’s weddings as a guest.
