Err, is there an U.A.E embassy in New York City? I tried googling it but the only one that I found is in Washington. Really, you have to travel that far in order to get the visa? I also tried 411 (information) - but the dumb operator answered as he said: “Oh, that’s a place? I never knew.” He gave me the numbers of half of other embassies but no U.A.E.

If anybody can provide me with a number or a link – or any other information - that’d be nice.

The one in Washington is the only U.A.E embassy in U.S. Here is the link:

As a USA passport holder u get 14 days entry on the airport desk, can be extended to 90 days once u are in UAE by paying 400 dharhams.

If you are a pakistani passport holder then do need a visa.
