I am sure everyone make them. Sometimes they are really leave you embarrassed, specially if you make them on official document.

Obviously I will start it from my typos 
One that I made today, while I was discussing over something with a colleague of mine on our office Local Communication Service ( Its like msn chat but of course only inter office.)
So I wanted to say, " Yes I got your e-mail but are we not talking about differet ASSETS here? "
and what i actually typed:
" Yes I got your email but are we not talking about differet ASSES here?"
