Types of shampoo's

Iv heard that it is really good to switch up shampoos often. In a recent Kim Kardashian (who I am obsessed with..she is gorgeous and her hair is a-m-a-z-i-n-g!!!) interview she said that she keeps like 4 or 5 different kinds of shampoos/conditioners in her shower and changes it up every time she washes her hair. She says she does this to “shock the hair” because if you use the same stuff every time your hair gets used to it and does not do the “job” its supposed to do. So to keep her hair shiny and “bouncy” … thats is her trick.

sounds like ms. tush is recycling reggie bush’s weight room routine advice on to shampoos…
