erm.. feta cheese.. that comes in a cube block or pre cut packaging stored in the grocery stores in the dairy section... works fine for me... what i have noticed though is, even though cookbooks say saute it in a bit of butter before adding to the spinach... i just put it in and turn off the stove... works great for me, cubes and all

Tofu is definitely the way to go :k: We used tofu instead of stupid palak paneer and it turned out to be perfect. I sauteed the cubes to a light brown first and added to palak and voilla!

That nanak paneer is the worst ‘giltee’, heavy stuff I ever put in my stomach–I felt heavy for next 2 days! :mad:
