This is actually very very sad. In many parts of the world the parents would be done for child abuse.

in my opinion the parents should be rewarded by taking all of their kids away from them and should never be allowed to have any kids ever... such losers ....

I totally don't agree with this one bit. What parent would let their child smoke period? Why would a father put a cigerette into a child's hands in the first place. This is not something to be proud of. The father is unedcuated and the police in Indonesia or wherever this child is, should do something about this. This is child abuse!
