Ok so one of my close friends is getting married in two weeks, thats when the mehndi is on the guys side, and I have only thought about this now because ive been so busy with uni.
This wedding is HUGE on a very grand scale £££££ so I think i need to try and beautify in the next two weeks.
Any advice on what i can do? skin hair anythinggg??
Re: Two weeks to beautify!
Make sure you're waxed up, eye brows groomed, try a face mask once, upper lip sorted.
Re: Two weeks to beautify!
I also have a few weddings to attend and here is the ritual i have started :
- i do a hair mask every week to have shinier hair (mine is organic and mainly has argan oil in it)
- i scrub and file my feet regularly to prevent cracked heels because you're probably gonna wear sandals
- same for my hands, these days i use aloe vera gel to moisturize and it works great
- i drink loads of green tea and water
- i use a face massage brush to help with water retention on my face and give it some lift
- besan+haldi+yoghurt face mask at least once a week
that's all i can think of for now
Re: Two weeks to beautify!
Thanksss Girls
Cinnamon (your usename makes me hungry)
What hair mask are you using? Are you finding the facial massage effective?
Re: Two weeks to beautify!
Starbucks’ cinnamon rolls… :icono:
the brand i use is called Natessance, it’s a french organic pharmacy brand so you won’t be able to find it elsewhere than France, but i just use anything that says organic and is not expensive
if you’re in the uk (not sure about availability in us) there’s the Aussie 3 minutes miracle line which is also nice
i used to use a mixture of oils like some desi brands make but i’m too lazy for those, it requires too much shampooing to remove it
i think massaging my face is the best thing i ever done for it, my skin looks literally glowy after a few minutes ! even my fiance told me my face looks firmer (i originally have kinda chubby cheeks)
Re: Two weeks to beautify!
Oh wow ok thanksssss cinnamon rolly . I have the aussie brand and have some of its products so will check out the 3 min miracle.
Can you get those face massager thingies from the body shop at all?
Re: Two weeks to beautify!
i got mine from The body shop ! it’s really weird to use at first… my fiance was like " are you painting your face ?", personally i don’t like using my hands to massage the skin, i get tired, and i’ll use the brush when i’m like watching tv and stuff

Re: Two weeks to beautify!
