Dates. They are plentiful in Sindh and Balochistan. Yet, the majority only eats them during Ramzan. There are maybe a few chutnies made from it, but that’s about it. Nothing else made using it is popular.

Even then, i doubt darya-e-sindh actually reaches sindh but that is another discussion... :D
Except karachi, we don't have many big cities on the coast line, hence the lack of a fish eating culture. But then, people in the US don't eat that much fish when you have densely populated states like california, almost the whole east coast etc.
