Irrespective of party affiliation, I disagree that the security and crime situation is better in Punjab. Lets just put terrorism aside for a while, the crime rate has sky rocketed in every part of Punjab.

Armed robberies even in those areas, where we never heard such things before are a part of daily life now and number of these has increased drastically and this with the full involvement of police.

So SS has done some good things, credit goes to him for some of the points you have mentioned.

But he utterly failed in police reforms, curbing corruption and reducing crime rate.

I live in Punjab.. and I have family in Sind. I can tell you compared to other parts of the country we live in heaven as far as crime is concerned..
