I have to say .. I'm 97% of the same mentality as Lajawab on this subject.
Though after careful logical analysis, I'm veering away from my original plan of going to Pakistan for a bride and leaning more towards favouring where I am currently for the bride hunt.
Importing a bride from England got scratched on the basis of having few if any significant advantages over one from Pakistan.
I still favour actually holding the wedding in Pakistan. In my family individuals pay for themselves to fly to weddings in Pak, and you can do a faaaaar more grandiose wedding in Pakistan than you can in Canada on anything other than an astronomical budget.
