Two Nation Theory ===> Hindus and Muslims are politically and culturally different and it is better if they can have separate states where they can be politically independent of each other.

Most Favorite Nation ====> Two countries want to have good economic relations and reduce trade barriers.

I do not see any contradiction between two. If communist China and Capitalistic USA can trade in billions of dollars, why can’t India and Pakistan?

Economically speaking China is not communist. Only in Political thought. Although, generally I do agree. There is no harm in trading as there can be mutual benefit. Certain sectors should be reserved or off limits. For example. Energy, military industry etc. A country can never rely on another for that or at least in principle shouldn’t.
