Alhumdulillah God struck down these two before they had a chance to kill anyone.

Police in Pakistan say two people have been killed in the province of Punjab after the bomb they were carrying on a bicycle accidentally exploded.

Police say they hit a road bump on the outskirts of a town in the province.

Deputy Superintendent Bashir Ahmed said they did not know whether the two men intended to plant the explosives or to carry out a suicide attack.

Correspondents say Pakistan has suffered a series of suicide attacks in recent weeks.

And if one checks that majority of the violence in Pakistan can be traced back to mullahs while Musharraf is happy with his "peace deals" with Taliban.

And read some more news, they were madrassah students under the influence of their mullah.

Now its three people… One of the is of the banned Lashkar-e-Jangvi, and had just gotten out of Prison after seven years… His father is also a wanted terrorist who is currently on the run. This is exactly why Pakistan needs tougher anti terrorsit laws… Terror should be punished with life in prison or if truly heinous, then death. Otherwise, such terrorists would only bide their time before coming out and kill again.

3 ‘would-be attackers’ die in explosion

MULTAN/SAHIWAL, Feb 24: Three people died when the explosives they were carrying on a bicycle exploded accidentally in Chichawatni, Sahiwal district, on Saturday morning.

Police believed that Adeel, Mohammad Akhtar and Maqsood were going to plant the explosives or to carry out a suicide bombing during the Qul of slain SHO Rana Mohammad Saeed where senior police officials were scheduled to arrive. The device went off when the bicycle hit a road bump near a cattle market. Adeel and Maqsood died on the spot and Akhtar died in the Chichawatni Civil Hospital.

Adeel and Akhtar were students of the Madarssa Azizul Aloom and Maqsood belonged to the banned Lashkar-i-Jhangvi. The three were aged between 22 and 30 years.

Maqsood’s head was separated from his body. His identity was confirmed by his mother in the evening.

Police believed that the bombers’ prime target was Sahiwal police chief Syed Javed Hussain Shah, who during his posting in Vehari had killed banned Lashkar-i-Jhangvi chief Riaz Basra in an encounter.

Following the explosion, the Chichawatni police arrested five teachers and 40 students of the seminary. Police also took into custody Mukhtaran, the mother of Maqsood. His father, Farooq, is wanted by police in sectarian terrorism and is still at large.

Maqsood was recently released from jail after undergoing a seven-year imprisonment under terrorism charges.

The police official Saeed, whose Qul was held on Saturday, had been kidnapped and his body had been found in a canal in Burewala on Feb 21. Posted in the Khanewal Sadar police station, Saeed had reportedly been kidnapped from Arifwala in the Pakpattan district. During his posting in Multan and then in Khanewal, he had arrested a number of sectarian terrorists.

PROVE to me that this story had anything to do with mollahs, as thats what you wrote on your first post, trying to spread your false pro-Altaf propoganda! Another thing, what makes these guys 'mollahs'? The guy who taught me Quran when I was little was a mollah too from a madrassah, does that mean hes a suicide bomber and he should be blown up, just because Altaf Husasin thinks that way?

These brainless idiots have made our lives a nightmare. I get all awkward when news comes on radio at work because I fear these idiots who claim to belong to my faith and are the same nationality as me would have done something againnn.

Good job they landed in Jahannum before they could shame us again.
