**Second incident **was funny or not - I am not sure
I was just chitting chatting with the Boss’s secretary during coffee break
Now she is a Classic East European Blonde Khatoon - with BRAINS
anyway - she very discreetly asked my about one of the persons in my department. What is his job and what kind of person was he. Please keep in mind that I hired this guy a few weeks ago and he is OKAY as far as his job is concerned. She asked me if I had done a background check on him. I said NO. what was the problem.
And she said he was trying to hit on her, during Lunch break
and I mean REALLY HIT , asking very intimate questions and asking her if she was HAPPY with Mr. X (her husband, who also works in the same office)
I offcourse made a mental note to kill that guy - in the near future…
make sure to report it to HR, this is a serious complaint, and you should cover your behind by telling HR about this, because when the lawsuit comes you’ll be out of it,

you have just been told by a worker (you being in management) an incident that took place, like it or not you are involved in it, and its your job to report this to HR, read the hand book. no joke
