In the end Eagle's owner slaughtered the wolf ...... they hunt wolves, foxes, deer with their eagles .

Yes this is a common thing in central Asia.
They hunt wolves with raptors and it is done mostly among the tribes of Kazakhs and Turkestanis. Not much is known about this hunting method but i have seen it first hand with my friends when we went to Uzbekistan.
Often a Golden eagle or Bearded Vulture is captured and trained as a chick… Raptors can live as long as 60 years so it is a good investment for a hunter.
They have talons razor sharp and the power behind them to crush a skull… It takes great strenght to pull and even lift whole sheep and goast off moutain sides.
Hunters mainly from the Kazakh tribe also use the raptors to kill wolves but until recently nobody believed thsis was possible.
A good Raptor will have a wingspan between 7-10 feet and weigh as much as a dog.
It takes great strength to even hold such a bird as i found out first hand.
I have seen birds like these grab marmots and pick them up sky high before dropping them to earth for kill. A single raptor is more than capable of killing a wolf but here its unfair on the wolf who is being attacked by two… only becuase the first bird messed up 
An adult wolf would shred a raptor in a fair fight but often these beasts just dive bomb the poor animals from above.
