Who purposely change themselves depending on the person. I know it can happen to all of us in the moment and our thoughts can change but there are people who know what they are doing.
Why do they do this? I guess it is to too keep tabs on everyone? and pretend that they are sympathisizing…they can’t choose what they believe in ? is it insecurity?
but, who is the bigger fool? people who fall for such people? because tehy can keep everyone khush…i guess people actually dont see through them?
Maybe it's a mix of all those things. Maybe they haven't fully developed a personality of their own yet so they go with sheep mentality. Maybe its low self esteem. Maybe they are just devious. Maybe they don't even realize they are doing it. It all depends on the person and situation, I guess. Did you have a specific example in mind?
I think when you get older its not so simple as “omg, she is so two faced”. How do you know they change themselves according to who they’re talking to? Have you personally witnessed them expressing differing views to different people?
When I disagree with someone, depending upon who it is I might not vocalize what I believe. Its not fear, its actually nothing more than that person not being worth the effort. It takes much more to have an argument than not. I might smile, nod and agree because I am visualizing all of the wonderful things I could be doing rather than waste my time here.
Another scenario is truly wanting to sympathize. I have done this as well many times myself. Meaning if you’re of one solid opinion and you get to hear another side that actually makes logical sense to you…why would you be bull-headed and not give them that? Why would you not be open to another perspective? Who says you cannot change your opinion?
Now, if its someone who just sits there and nods her head at what everyone is saying…then that makes no sense. Why would you be around such fuzool people in the first place?
^i get that, when you are actualy sympahtizing and how your opinion can change depending on the conversation, that's happened to me too. but I am asking about when people i guess know they are being "calculative" and they know that they are taking advantage of a situation by pretending to agree and this way they can be in the good books of everyone. I guess you can cal them a little shady? and maybe they hv ulterior motives? Like they will agree with you to your face and then go badmouth about you.
They might not have a real stance on that matter, or for that matter not care enough to actually formulate their own opinion so they just agree with whatever is being said.

Okay well again...my question is...how do you know they said something about you or whoever it is you might be referring to? One thing I have learned is that when someone tells you something about someone...dont think they're not saying the same about you when you turn your back. Unless you have proof of someone actually having ulterior motives...dont allow someone to create enemies for you.
I dont believe people when they say "oh she said this about you"...you know why? Because they're saying the same thing to her.

If I run into people that are immature and two faced like you describe...I eliminate them from my life. It really is as simple or as complicated as people want to make it.
People are simply that...people. They are human...they are highly flawed and disappoint each other. Its all about how you choose to handle them because that is all you have under your control.
Why are they the way they are? Who knows? Why is sky blue? Why do people die?

if the change is positive and it bring the good out of othe rperson , then its called people skills. If the change is agenda based, then yes its hypocrisy.
Ive run into many many many two faced people...nothing suprises me anymore about people.
Ive run into girls who smile SOOOOO sweetly (so sweet you would think they were dripping with maple syrup) to your face and the next day act like they've got horns growing out of their head. You think about it for a minute but exactly how long will you stress yourself out over someone who is obviously bipolar? I give them 5 minutes and thats being generous.
I know who my friends and family are. The rest...are just...the rest. :)

aaaaaaaaah thats happened to me...so im not bothered by those type of girls now honestly. I keep my distance from the beginning, theyll be nice at one "function" and not ecognize you at the next!
if two faced ppl vocalize their feelings thna they will 'alert' party n mnight not be ble to do their deviousness .. this is how almot everyONE in pak is .. seriously .. even like ppl who r in village .. theyr like the most pacticed in this .. it ssickening n somtimes hard to see through them or understand whats going on right away
