So I have twisted my foot 2 weeks ago and the pain is still there.. did the massage, but it still hurts.. now i know it’s not fractured cause I can walk fine but I still can’t pray standing up. What more can i do, how long it’ll take to heal? Shabash answer me.

Dude u have to go for X Ray don't take it lightly 1st confirm that it's fractured or not don't assume anything.

Best to getan x-ray done to make sure. I twisted my ankle very badly when I was younger,turned out to be torn tendons. I had to wrap it in ace bandage, Ice it every few hours until the swelling went away. Then warm water with epsom salts soak twice a day for about 6 weeks. Thats about how long it takes for torn tendons to heal. It will take just 2 to 3 weeks if its a simple sprain.

ligament damage, your foot should be in a light plaster, you'll be able to carry on with your normal life this way
