Btw, is the frontier constabulary being merged into the Corp or is that just a rumour? Both orgs are pathetic as far as weapons and training goes for the current job.

of course functionally or on paper its someone’s responsibility but in practice its not the case always esp when people like Rahman Malik are incharge.
