What about KPK? Over 150 people have been killed in 1 week alone by Islamist terrorists. Is provincial govt responsible for anything at all? And to make matter worse IK/PTI are coming up with justification why they are doing what they are doing? IK for his own and partys good should disappear from scene for while, and public should come out openly and protest against terrorists and right wing religious groups and parties.

no... but atleast there was a reason for the situation , now whats the reason ? we are doing nothing , we had agreed for peace talks but still we are attacked... this means that we need not to go for peace talks , we should go hard at them ... they dont care weather we are making peace or we are fighting them.. so why bear all the pain ourself by sitting and doing nothing ? why not fight them like men and atleast die like men
It isnt an excuse. The bombings and blast didnt happen overnight in since the May 11 elections. They have been happening for many years since before 2008. And 2ndly, PPP and ANP were kicked out because of their corrupt practices and loot and plunder and their apathy, not any other reason. Who are you kidding? It helps to sometimes look at the realities on the ground too. Things are not all that black and white like their appear on BBC news.
The ground realities are that pti was elected by people of kpk to address their problems, top of which is the terrorist threat. It is not good just say well it is all because of drones. Where is their short and long term objectives to meet this threat. They have been in power for more than 3 months, have they come up with any short term measures. It pays to open up your eyes and ears and see what is happening around you rather than just going to PTI site and thinking everything is honky dorrrie.

The attacks are continuing which are weakening the government. Some of his recent statements have also hurt him, as now the whole media is focused on him and PTI.

The only place in KPK an operation can be carried out is Peshawar itself, but that could have a lot of collateral damage. The army has its own plans, and they are sacrificing political parties to achieve them. I fear PTI to face the same consequences as ANP did, therefore they will have to make a decision either quit the government or face the consequences of their predecessors.

what many people are also forgetting is that all the parties, PPP, ANP, PMLN etc agreed to talks with taliban as a way to finding a solution. It wasnt just IK although he has been vocal about it since before the elections.
