i'm gutted i can't watch the world cup because not all of us are as privilaged as some to purchase sky or other channels showing cricket
will there be anything for terrestrial tv viewers in england especially cricket fanatics like myself i think they should atleast show regular highlights programme

Sky is the only channel showing Wcup 2003 in England and since they have bought the rights, i doubt they are gona allowe BBC or Ch4 to show highlights even.
I suggest going to a mate's house (who has Sky) and watching these matches there or crawling down the pub at 8 in the morn :) or catch a webcast somewhere.

I got a hold of a lady on ATN, and she explained to be really well the situation their going through.
Echostar is charging them too much money.
If Echostar charges them too much, they will have to negotiate with Viewers Choice and broadcast many matches via PPV. And show all the replay's on ATN.
Nothing is confirmed till Monday.
But she said if you keep tuned to the channel on the weekend, they will advertise the latest news.
Someone emailed Fox Sports Canada and they said they will show indepth highlights thru their Sky Sports News, and Sky Sports Cricket Show for 2 hours. (Just like in 1999).
But their still trying to aquire World Cup Live Match rights too.
today is saturday I did call ATN and fox but they are off so did any one find info on ATN cuz it was suppose to appear on the channel

i have atn in england but because of bad weather the channel malfunctions and horrible squigly green lines come across the channel and then i can't see or hear anything
can u tell me if i change the settings will that make a difference and plz give me instructions for sky digital frequency etc and let me know what i have to do
